We performed a comprehensive CRO audit, and worked with VWO.com team to test to set-up A/B tests to identify areas across different touchpoints including home, mega dropdown menu, collection, cart, and product page. We introduced new functionalities such as 'Made to Order', and implemented custom transactional emails. We also worked with them to optimize the code and minimize server requests to external apps to make their store load faster on desktop and mobile.
